Golden guarantee

At Fatoon Perfumes, we believe that preferences differ, and for that reason, we allow you to try your fragrance comfortably. If the fragrance does not suit your taste, you may request a return smoothly through the Golden Guarantee.
The Golden Guarantee allows you to return the product within 3 days from the date of receiving it under the following conditions:

1. The customer may benefit from the Golden Guarantee and receive a refund only once.
2. Offers or bundles that include more than one perfume are not eligible for return under the Golden Guarantee.
3. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to submit the return request.
4. The original perfume box must be included; the bottle alone is not sufficient for completing the return.

We stand behind the quality of our perfumes and ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience.

Important Note:
The Golden Guarantee is an additional service for customers who feel the fragrance does not suit them, and it can be used once per customer. Any return outside the Golden Guarantee follows the general return policy below.

1. Introduction

At Fatoon Perfumes, we strive to provide a refined and trustworthy shopping experience. If the product does not meet your expectations for any reason, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Return & Exchange Period

Customers may submit a return or exchange request within 3 days from the date of receiving the order.
After this period, we will not be able to accept return or exchange requests.

3. General Return and Exchange Conditions

• The product must be in its original condition and unused.
• The original packaging must be sealed and undamaged (e.g., unopened perfume bottles).
• The product must be in its original packaging and accessories, if any.
• In case exchangesthe replacement item must be of the same value or higher (any difference in price must be paid).

4. How to Submit a Return or Exchange Request

To complete your return or exchange request, please follow these steps:

•  Contact us via the email or phone number listed below, providing your order number, invoice, and specifying whether the request is a return or exchange.
• Your request will be reviewed, and you will receive a response within 24 working hours with confirmation and shipping instructions.

5. Shipping Costs

• If the return or exchange is due to an error on the part of Fatoon Perfumes (such as receiving the wrong product or a product with a manufacturing defect), we will cover all shipping costs..
• If the reason is personal or due to a change of preference,، the customer is responsible for shipping fees both ways.

6. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the product to ensure it meets the return conditions:

• Approval will be issued within 3 working days.
• The refund will be processed within 7 working days using the same payment method used in the original order.
• In case exchangesthe replacement product will be shipped within 3 to 5 working days from the approval date and after receiving the original item.

7. Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Products

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Products that have been opened or used.
• Products with damaged or unsealed original packaging.
• Items purchased during special offers, bundles, or promotional gifts..

8. Policy Modifications

Fatoon Perfumes reserves the right to amend this Return & Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice.
